thinking again about the black mesa employee who's job it is to clock in, climb down this ladder, and activate this fan. then wait until their shift ends and the fan is no longer needed to operate at full speed so they can deactivate it. then wait for at least 30 minutes for it to stop spinning so they don't get killed climbing up the ladder because it probably takes a while to wind down after a full day of operation. no bathroom, no handrails, if you roll over in your sleep you can't take a nap. one of the funniest things put into a game

hi i'm ruby, i'm a frontend dev with 3+ years of professional experience (but i've been programming as a hobby for a lot longer). i'm versatile, i've also done some backend and systems work in the past. i don't have a ton in the way of examples of my work -- most of the things i do are for internal or otherwise non-public-facing systems, unfortunately -- but i've made a few toys here and there that you can look at. if you happen to know of an opening somewhere (preferably a cool company!) i'd love to know! if you can drop a link in the comments that'd work, but my email is an email address, just in case. thank u!!
